    Avoid by all means.
    Unfortunately there is no Negative rating. I was planning to rent a house with them after viewing it with the landlord.
    We agreed on a certain day as I was starting a new job and I gave a notice to my previous landlord. After I paid the highly exaggerated fees, I kept calling every few days with no progress at all. Also, I had to get my references.
    Due to lack of progress, I cancelled the idea and decided to rent through professionals. They have refused to pay the fees back.
    NEVER THINK TO GO THERE.
